Our store accepts payments via Paypal, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, most all credit cards, American Express, Debit Cards as well as payment by check, money order. If you have questions please call or email us. If you would like to pay by phone please call us 907 373 8688. When paying by check or money order I will ship your order as soon as payment is received and funds verified, that day or next business day at latest. I will ship credit card orders that day or next business day. All shipments will go out within 24 hours during business days. We will accept any product in its original package for up to 30 days from the date of shipment, 15% restocking fee applies. NO REFUNDS ON Custom Orders OR SHIPPING. Before returning any product, you will need to call or e-mail for an invoice number. PLEASE REMEMBER monitor settings can be different and may affect the way colors appear on the screen. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We use USPS for shipping. Flat rate boxes and envelopes packing them safely and securely. If you would like your order to go a different method please contact us so we can ship accordingly and process payment.
Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. PLEASE NOTE: If we see that your order can fit safely in one flat rate box, versus 2 that the site calculated or in a flat rate envelope we will refund you the difference in shipping. Due to the different shapes, sizes of bags, sheets ect. we can pack differently in some cases. IF you are ordering Mosaic surfaces, remember the shapes will not fit in the envelope and we may need to call you if you have chosen that particular shipping method. ALSO for Alaska residents, those of you fairly close to us like Anchorage, Cooper Center, Valdez, to Homer ect. I always check the mail rates to see if your order will ship for less then the Flat rates, just so you know. In most cases the shipping I find is less, I email you to let you know.:) You will be refunded the difference.
The USPS Priority Flat rate Envelopes and Boxes are used for shipping. Please choose from the list of shipping options, the envelopes can hold up to about 3 pounds safely and if you have purchased 1 to 3 sheets of tile they are folded in half to lay better with packing in the envelope (note: this is for USA only, International Envelopes can not exceed 4 pounds. 3 sheets of tile are almost 6lbs)..For the shirt size Box, they can hold up to 10-11 sheets safely, if your orders weight goes over the 15lb. you have a choice of Priority Flat rate over 15lbs. that means your order will be packed in 2 Flat rate boxes. IF you have ordered more then that, we can call you to process.++ INTERNATIONAL Priority Flat rates are also available. Envelopes must NOT weigh over 4 lbs. for INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, boxes must NOT weigh over 20lbs.
