The Old Fashioned Santas come in 3's as pictured. They are Kiln fired motifs that are flat, 1/8" thick, porous on the back side. They are all the same sized motif measuring 3" tall by 2" to 21/4" wide depending on the Santa.Note: They are not perfectly square tiles. They are easy to cut with the 2 wheeled nippers if you so choose or you can leave them whole. LIMITED SUPPLY
